My Niece-Anabelle-2 years.
My other "Niece" Paige-2 years old.Some of you might have seen these...I posted them to Facebook a couple of days ago. I made them following the instructions on www.rufflesandstuff.com tutorial under Home.
Basically you pic a profile picture ( or other) that you like and you think will be recognizable without the definition of the picture. Then I increase the size if I need to, in publisher, paint, or word...I am sure there are other programs but that is what I use.
Print the picture in its new size, carefully cut out. Then trace onto card stock, glue to a contrasting paper, add details if you want, and frame!
